About the Role

Anuttacon is looking for talented individuals to join its AI data team as AI Trainers. In this role, you will contribute to improving the accuracy, quality, and performance of large language models (LLMs) by working closely with training data and evaluating AI outputs.

The position involves analyzing and annotating various types of game-related content and helping train AI systems to generate more natural, engaging, and context-aware responses.

Key Responsibilities

AI Trainers will annotate game-related content such as dialogues, quests, and character interactions. You will use internal data evaluation tools to complete annotation tasks and analyze content through platforms such as Verity Lab.

The role also involves reviewing and improving world-building elements, character development, storylines, and personality profiles to enhance player experiences. Trainers will collaborate remotely with AI researchers and product teams to help develop more authentic and creative language models.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have native or fluent English proficiency and strong attention to detail. The role requires the ability to quickly learn new tools, follow complex guidelines accurately, and provide clear and professional feedback.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience or interest in AI data annotation, language models, or data labeling are highly encouraged to apply. Backgrounds in fields such as creative writing, storytelling, communications, psychology, philosophy, game design, or STEM disciplines are considered valuable for this role.

Compensation

The position offers an hourly rate of $20–$30, depending on experience, location, and qualifications. AI Trainers are expected to dedicate 20–40 flexible hours per week, with opportunities for bonuses and long-term growth within the company.
