Senior Product Manager at Toggl — remote job on CafeRemote
Toggl’s family of products—Track, Plan, and Hire—is trusted by more than three million people to see where time goes, organise workloads, and hire with skills‑first precision. Our 130‑strong, fully remote team lives in 40+ countries and meets up in person a few times a year. We run on trust, measure outcomes (not hours), and let you work wherever life feels best.

Why We’re Hiring

With usage soaring, we’re scaling a cross‑product platform that unites tracking, planning, and hiring under one seamless experience. We need a strategic Senior Product Manager to own this expansion—balancing technical limits, revenue goals, and user delight for millions worldwide.

What You’ll Do

  • Chart the roadmap. Turn business objectives, user research, and tech constraints into a clear product strategy.

  • Drive discovery. Dig into data, interviews, and market signals to surface high‑impact problems worth solving.

  • Lead through influence. Partner with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to convert insights into shippable features.

  • Navigate trade‑offs. Facilitate technical discussions, weigh options, and pick the path that maximises user and business value.

  • Scale thoughtfully. Prioritise integrations and infrastructure that unlock enterprise‑level functionality.

  • Ship small, learn fast. Champion MVP thinking, validate early, iterate quickly, and measure results.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS product leadership—ideally focused on infrastructure, integrations, or platform scalability.

  • Fluent in product‑led growth (PLG) principles and comfortable aligning them with up‑market expansion goals.

  • Confident problem‑solver who challenges assumptions and makes data‑backed decisions in ambiguous settings.

  • Able to converse with engineers about constraints without dictating solutions.

  • Proactive self‑starter who drives projects forward and communicates crisply in English.

Perks & Benefits

  • Results‑only work culture—choose the schedule that lets you excel.

  • 24 days paid leave plus all your local public holidays.

  • Unlimited sick days.

  • Company‑funded meet‑ups every few months.

  • Paid sabbatical (4–6 weeks) after several years of tenure.

  • Tech & workspace budgets

    • €2 500 laptop refresh every 3 years

    • €2 000 home‑office setup (+€300 annual top‑up after year 3)

    • €3 000 yearly for co‑working space or home internet

  • Learning & wellness funds

    • €4 000 per year for courses, conferences, or workshops

    • €2 400 per year for physical or mental well‑being initiatives

  • Company support to buy any tools you need—even a new pair of glasses.
