Your Role

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you’ll be a cornerstone of our financial operations. From cost and revenue accounting to preparing insightful financial reports, your expertise will help shape critical business decisions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all accounting processes with precision and compliance.
  • Performing comprehensive cost and revenue analysis to support accurate financial reporting.
  • Preparing detailed financial reports that translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Streamlining and automating accounting operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
This role will allow you to collaborate closely with other departments, manage invoicing systems, and contribute to strategic discussions.

What You Bring

We’re looking for a dynamic individual with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. If you have a knack for working independently, embracing technology, and adapting quickly, you’ll excel in this role.

Here’s what makes you a great fit:

  • Proficiency in cost and revenue accounting and financial analysis.
  • Strong financial reporting skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for stakeholders.
  • Business-savvy instincts to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software, tax submission portals, and tools like Google Suite and Excel (including Power Query).

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Stripe reporting and invoice setups.
  • Familiarity with the Directo accounting system.
  • Previous experience in tech or SaaS environments.
  • Knowledge of USA and global tax laws.
