Join Our Remote Developer Partner Network (Full-Stack, Front-End, Back-End) 

We’re inviting experienced remote developers (Full Stack, Front-End, and Back-End) to join our preferred contractor partner pool. Think of this as becoming part of our extended team—working on engaging projects when your availability aligns, without the constraints of a full-time role. 

How It Works 

If selected, you’ll be contacted when a project matches your skills and schedule. You’re free to accept or decline opportunities and provide your own estimates—no pressure, no obligation. 

We intentionally keep our contractor pool small so we can build long-term relationships with reliable developers who collaborate seamlessly with our in-house team. This model avoids “race-to-the-bottom” freelancing and focuses on quality partnerships. 

This is an ideal setup if you want to work on meaningful, technically interesting projects with a supportive team—while maintaining the flexibility and independence of freelance remote work. 

Note: We prefer working directly with individuals or small teams rather than white-label development agencies.  

Who We’re Looking For (Remote Developer Skills) 

We’re looking for developers who can support our core tech stack and help us expand our capabilities. While this list isn’t exhaustive, the following skills are especially valuable: 

• Advanced WordPress development (traditional builds, Full Site Editing, headless WordPress, Gutenberg)
  
  
• Strong JavaScript skills and experience with modern frameworks such as React, Vue, Node.js, and Next.js
  
  
• Experience building API integrations, including hands-on work with SSO implementations
  
  
• Experience with search platforms like Algolia, Typesense, or similar tools
  
  
• Solid fundamentals in Git, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with good documentation practices
  
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  
  

Bonus Experience
 

• Working with AI-powered search and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
  
  
• Experience with headless and modern CMS platforms such as Craft, Strapi, or similar
