We are looking for an experienced HR Project Specialist to lead and support the rollout of key people projects over a 6-month contract. If you have expertise in HR transformation, change management, and driving organisational growth, this role is perfect for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Remote HR Project Specialist, you will take ownership of designing and implementing HR initiatives that align with organisational goals. Your role will focus on driving impactful changes, ensuring smooth execution, and supporting team members throughout the process.

  • Lead Change Initiatives: Oversee HR project rollouts such as job level frameworks, workforce planning, and recruitment automation.
  • Facilitate Training and Workshops: Design and conduct sessions to ensure team members understand and adopt new practices.
  • Monitor and Resolve Issues: Track project progress, identify roadblocks, and implement solutions to maintain momentum.
  • Support Stakeholders: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and team members, providing clear communication and alignment during changes.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Partner with internal stakeholders to develop communication plans and training materials for successful implementation.

What You Bring

We’re seeking a professional with the following qualifications and skills:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 6-8 years in HR roles, particularly in people transformation, organisational development, or change management.
  • Knowledge of HR Practices: Expertise in HR systems, workforce planning, and automation tools.
  • Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to address challenges and implement creative solutions.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong interpersonal and written skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Skilled in analysing data and metrics to support informed decision-making.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
