We are looking for a driven, energetic, and experienced Recruitment Team Lead to oversee our growing talent acquisition team.

About the role
This is a great opportunity for a high-performing recruiter with at least 4 years of hands-on experience and at least 2 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate is someone who has advanced through the ranks and understands recruitment inside out—someone who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, helping them grow and hit performance goals.
- Ensure high-quality delivery for multiple client accounts, managing priorities and deadlines.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, client coordination, and candidate management.
- Set and monitor KPIs for individual recruiters and the team as a whole.
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
- Act as a point of escalation and support during challenging searches or client demands.
- Work closely with management to improve sourcing strategies, recruitment workflows, and internal tools.
- Contribute to business growth by supporting client relationships and identifying delivery improvements.
- Supervise whole recruitment team
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally in an agency setting.
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team of recruiters.
- Proven record of success in high-volume and/or niche recruitment projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confident working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Experience with ATS, CRM tools, and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
