Responsibilities
- Contribute to the implementation of the company’s market penetration and expansion strategy with a focus on Malaysia
- Stay up to date with market competition and industry news; perform market data analysis and reporting
- Maintain a high level of service for both partners and clients
- Provide input on marketing campaigns and suggest system enhancements
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth and development
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar business development role
- Proven experience in the forex or broader financial services industry is required
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Target-oriented, innovative, and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High integrity and strong business acumen
- Strong people management skills
