  • Executive presence and stakeholder management with senior leaders, their staffs, and supplier executives
  • Ability to apply lean strategically to Supply Chain objectives such as supplier delivery, material availability, cost, and readiness for new materials and technologies
  • Expertise in end-to-end value stream mapping and the full set of FLIGHT DECK fundamentals (VSM, Daily Management, Problem Solving, Action Planning, 5S, Standard Work, Operating Cadences, Flow/Pull, TPM)
  • Experience applying daily management and structured problem solving to transactional and planning processes (sourcing, procure-to-pay, SIOP, fulfillment)
  • Track record of designing and leading large-scale, multi-team transformations with mechanisms that sustain year-over-year improvement
  • Hands-on supplier development or supplier kaizen experience, ideally in aerospace or another regulated industry
  • Ability to link lean results to Supply Chain KPIs (supplier on-time delivery, past due, inventory/turns, cost-out, lead time) and to the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
  • Demonstrated commitment to developing others, driving culture change, and respect for people
  • The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
  • This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.
