Position: Senior iOS Engineer
With Speechify ranked #18 in the App Store productivity category and recognized by Apple for inclusivity, we’re seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to support our expanding user base and drive innovative projects forward. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks strategically, and is passionate about building delightful user experiences. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app.
  
  
• Ship production code and contribute across the full product lifecycle.
  
  
• Collaborate with dedicated product teams and participate in roadmap discussions.
  
  
• Maintain and enhance a complex app architecture to support growth.
  
  
• Advocate for users by ensuring the highest quality and most impactful experiences.
  
  

Qualifications:
 

• Proven experience building products that scale to large user bases.
  
  
• Track record of shipping products from inception to traction.
  
  
• Strong customer obsession and product-focused mindset.
  
  
• Ability to work quickly, make decisions under constraints, and prioritize effectively.
  
  
• Deep technical skills in Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading, CI/CD, Fastlane, and SOLID principles.
  
  
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
