The Challenge 

Build an AI system capable of achieving 95% accuracy in parsing death certificates across more than 50 state-specific format variations, and generating institution-specific legal documents to automate post-death administration processes. 

The Mission 

Shado Ventures is eliminating the 500+ hours of administrative burden families face after losing a loved one—handling notifications to government agencies, financial institutions, and service providers without requiring access to the deceased person’s login credentials. 

Each year, 3.3 million American families face this challenge. We are building the first AI-driven solution to address it.

I’m Hassan, the founder. My father is currently in hospice care, and I am personally experiencing the very problem we are working to solve. 

The Opportunity 

4-Week Paid Sprint: $15,000
• $7,500 paid upfront at contract signing
• $7,500 upon successful delivery

• Equity: 3–5% (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff)
• Salary: $180,000–$220,000

What You’ll Build 

Week 1 – Death Certificate Intelligence
• Use GPT-4 Vision or Claude Sonnet with vision
• Achieve 95% data extraction accuracy across 50+ state formats
• Output structured JSON fields (name, DOB, date of death, SSN, address) 

Week 2 – Legal Document Generation
• Create 15+ institution-specific templates
• Cover SSA, Medicare, DMV, IRS, banks, credit cards, insurance, utilities
• Use Jinja2, python-docx, and PDF generation
• Produce professional-grade documents (not obviously AI-generated) 

Week 3/4 – Integration & Demo
• Build UI using Streamlit or React
• End-to-end flow: Upload → Review → Generate → Download
• Deliver an investor-ready demo video 

Requirements 

Must Have:
✓ 5+ years of experience shipping production ML/AI systems
✓ Hands-on experience with GPT-4 or Claude APIs in production environments
✓ Public GitHub profile with LLM-related projects (code will be reviewed)
✓ Availability to start within 2–4 weeks
✓ Commitment of 30–40 hours per week for 3 weeks 

Nice to Have:
