We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate, organized, and up-to-date information in our databases and systems. You must have a sharp eye for detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Enter data accurately from source documents into internal systems
  
  
• Identify errors or inconsistencies and correct them in a timely manner
  
  
• Verify data entries by cross-checking with original documentation
  
  
• Update and retrieve data as needed for reporting and operational purposes
  
  
• Perform regular backups to safeguard sensitive information
  
  
• Organize digital files and maintain proper record-keeping
  
  
• Coordinate with team members to resolve discrepancies
  
  
• Handle confidential data with integrity and discretion
  
  

Requirements:
 

• Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role
  
  
• High typing speed with excellent accuracy
  
  
• Keen attention to detail and data integrity
  
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills
  
  
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills
  
  
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:
 

• Prior remote work experience
  
  
• Familiarity with tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or other remote collaboration platforms
