Role Overview 

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic project with one of the Top 20 global pharmaceutical companies. In this role, you will collaborate with Ivy Tech, the client’s internal teams, and product stakeholders to help develop and deliver digital solutions for global healthcare data platforms. 

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams, ensuring business needs are clearly captured, translated into technical requirements, and successfully implemented. 

This role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management skills, and industry knowledge in life sciences or healthcare data. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Work closely with business stakeholders, end users, and product teams to translate business needs into digital solutions
 • Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and solution definition for complex digital initiatives
 • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
 • Convert business requirements into functional specifications for engineering and product teams
 • Document relationships between users, processes, data, and applications
 • Support the development of data-driven digital platforms used by healthcare and life sciences organizations
 • Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical teams
 • Contribute to project planning, product strategy, and delivery oversight
 • Ensure solutions align with business goals, regulatory standards, and user needs 

Required Experience 

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare data environments
• Strong experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business and technical requirements
• Experience with digital platforms, enterprise applications, or data-driven systems
• Solid understanding of business processes, system interactions, and data structures
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in client-facing consulting environments

Location & Contract Details 

• Location: Europe (Denmark or Northern Europe preferred)
