This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy writing, analyzing content, and thinking critically. No prior experience is required, as complete training will be provided. Many people find this work engaging, flexible, and easy to continue long-term.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Create diverse and natural conversations to train AI systems 
•  Write clear, accurate, and high-quality responses 
•  Evaluate and compare outputs from different AI models 
•  Identify errors, inconsistencies, or weak responses 
•  Conduct research and fact-check information when needed 
•  Provide feedback to improve AI performance 

Requirements:

•  Strong English language skills (written and comprehension) 
•  Excellent writing and grammar ability 
•  High attention to detail and accuracy 
•  Strong research and fact-checking skills 
•  Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 
•  Availability of at least 10 hours per week 
•  Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
