We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst to join our expert team of developers and QA professionals. This role is crucial in maintaining the reliability of E-Dues, a cutting-edge dues collection and management system that supports over 300,000 federal and DC government union members.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly responsive, and committed to ensuring top-tier quality in a remote work environment. While this is initially a 6-month contract, strong performers may have the opportunity for an extension.

💼 What You’ll Get

• Competitive Pay – $50-65/hour (DOE)
• Flexible Work Arrangement – Fully remote (U.S.-based)
• Contract Type – 1099 / B2B contract
• Work Hours – 40 hours per week
• Core Working Time – 10 AM - 3 PM ET (flexible outside these hours)
• Contract Duration – Initial 6 months (extension based on performance)
• Eligibility – Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.

🎯 Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for E-Dues
• Design and implement test cases for transaction processing systems
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration and issue resolution
• Identify, document, and report software defects with detailed steps
• Quickly respond to critical issues and system updates
• Assist in customer support inquiries related to system performance
• Maintain detailed testing documentation for future improvements
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide structured feedback

🔎 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in software QA testing
• Strong expertise in test case creation and execution
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient English communication (written & verbal)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment
• Experience using bug tracking and test management tools
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting
