What We’re Looking For: Full-Stack JavaScript Developer

We want someone who can think deeply, execute independently, and contribute meaningfully. You’ll help build and scale our platform while working in a highly efficient asynchronous environment.

Our Tools & Workflow

  • Notion – Documentation

  • Slack – Communication

  • Toggl – Time Tracking

  • GitHub – Code Collaboration

We work async as much as possible, focusing on clarity, deep work, and output—not pointless meetings.

Our Hiring Process (Async-first)

  1. Submit application

  2. Email-based asynchronous interview

  3. 25-minute intro call

  4. 90-minute code review session

  5. Paid trial project — $50/hr for 25 hours
