Responsibilities
*Implement complex rules related to writing structure, content, register, and perspective to maintain consistency and coherence across summaries.
*Conduct thorough research to verify the accuracy of information and ensure all content is factually correct.
*Edit and refine summaries to improve clarity, readability, and overall quality.
*Synthesize customer reviews to capture key points and overall sentiment concisely and accurately.
*Apply content and editorial guidelines consistently across all customer review summaries.
*Translate project guidelines into your language, adapting them specifically to your country/locale conventions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content editing, summarization, localization, or similar language-focused work.
- Strong ability to follow complex editorial and content guidelines with high consistency.
- Excellent research and fact-checking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently in an online, guideline-driven production environment.
