The Communications Developer supports the Campaign Team by creating, updating, and troubleshooting HTML email templates in Engage Marketing Cloud.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or equivalent; diploma in web development or data analytics preferred.
- 01 year of experience in a marketing or technical role.
- Hands-on experience with email and data development, including campaign execution using email marketing software.
- Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, and media queries.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Objectives
- Develop and amend HTML email templates in Engage Marketing Cloud.
- Upload, test, and deploy email campaigns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with Marketing Communications (Marcomms) teams to support campaign execution.
- Assist in managing campaigns in the open queue and provide backup support when needed.
- Prepare reports and escalate issues in collaboration with Senior Developers and Team Lead.
- Maintain and update process documentation to support continuous improvement.
- Handle complex campaigns from the open queue within defined timelines.
- Complete hybrid training for campaign and list creation processes and mentor team members.
- Attend meetings across US and UK time zones as required.
- Contribute to workflow optimization and reduction of campaign passes.
