National Debt Relief, an A+ BBB-accredited leader in credit card debt consolidation, is hiring a Senior Paid Search Strategist to spearhead its paid advertising initiatives across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms. This full-time, remote role offers a high-impact opportunity for a data-driven marketing expert with experience managing $1M+/month media budgets. 

The position is ideal for a seasoned performance marketer familiar with lead-generation campaigns in industries involving long offline sales cycles—particularly those related to financial services or debt relief.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage and optimize large-scale campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads.
  
  
• Execute strategic bid testing and campaign experiments.
  
  
• Integrate offline conversion tracking and apply advanced attribution models.
  
  
• Partner with the CRO, creative, sales, and web teams to align full-funnel strategies.
  
  
• Conduct deep keyword and semantic search analysis.
  
  
• Monitor competition and auction dynamics to stay ahead in the market.
  
  

Qualifications:
 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in paid search marketing, with at least $1M monthly spend.
  
  
• Expertise in ROAS- and CPA-driven strategies.
  
  
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads scripts, attribution modeling, and ad customizers.
  
  
• Strong understanding of cross-channel analytics and advanced tracking tools.
  
  
• Collaborative mindset with experience influencing high-level stakeholders.
  
  
• Background in lead-gen for debt relief or similar industries is preferred.
