• 4+ years of professional software development experience
  
  
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React (required)
  
  
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Java (required)
  
  
• Working knowledge of Next.js
  
  
• Strong engineering fundamentals with the ability to design and build applications from scratch
  
  
• Excellent communication in English, including the ability to explain technical decisions and collaborate with clients
  
  
• Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  
  
• Reliability and accountability in delivering high-quality work
