We’re looking for a highly organized and relationship-driven Account Manager to help manage and grow a broad network of professionals in the entertainment industry — including music, sports, film/TV, and digital media. This is not a sales role; it’s about meaningful communication, consistent follow-up, and building long-term trust.

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Manage a High Volume of Contacts: Maintain a large network, ensuring regular communication and accurate records.
  
  
• Outreach & Relationship Building: Proactively reach out via email and social media to share updates and strengthen professional connections.
  
  
• Write Clear, Polished Messages: Craft professional, well-written messages in English.
  
  
• Track Progress: Use tools like HubSpot to manage follow-ups and track outreach goals.
  
  
• Meet Measurable Targets: This isn’t a sales role, but you’ll work toward engagement and communication objectives.
  
  
• Think Creatively: Develop new ideas to keep relationships active, warm, and productive.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For
 

• Excellent written English — you can write professional and engaging outreach messages.
