Role Overview

You’ll be working remotely with cutting-edge AI startups, helping them build, deploy, and scale key systems during their early-stage growth. This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about AI, NLP, and full-stack development.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and implementing state-of-the-art Generative LLMs (e.g., models like GPT-4) and Discriminative LLMs (similar to BERT).
• Creating wrapper applications based on ChatGPT and other LLM frameworks.
• Developing AI alignment systems and reinforcement learning models with human feedback (RLHF).
• Setting up AI guardrails for responsible AI deployment.
• Conducting robust performance testing of LLMs across benchmarks and evaluations.
• Utilizing advanced NLP and ML techniques to solve complex challenges in natural language processing.
• Translating technical insights into actionable outcomes for non-technical audiences.

Minimum Qualifications

To excel in this role, you’ll need:
✅ 5+ years of experience with React, Vue, or other JS frameworks on the front-end and back-end expertise with frameworks like Python, NodeJS, Go, Rails, Elixir, Flask, or Java.
✅ A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience).
✅ 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a proven history of shipping high-quality software and apps (include links or project names on your resume).
✅ Expertise in generative LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and deep learning frameworks.
✅ Proficiency with Hugging Face Transformers and other open-source NLP/NLG modules.
✅ Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate across distributed, international teams.
