Your Role: 
As a Fullstack Python Engineer, you'll take on critical development tasks, creating impactful AI-driven applications. You will design and implement scalable systems, enhance AI alignment, and contribute to the success of pioneering startups. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop advanced wrapper applications integrating ChatGPT and other large language models (LLMs). 
• Design and implement AI alignment systems, including Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) and AI safety guardrails. 
• Build and maintain fullstack applications using Python (or similar backend frameworks) and modern JavaScript libraries like React or Vue. 
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for diverse audiences. 
• Collaborate with distributed teams, contributing to agile development cycles and innovative product delivery. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Proven track record of successful app deployments—please include project links in your resume. 
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar) and backend technologies like Python, Go, NodeJS, Rails, or Flask. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. 
• 7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer. 
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. 
• Solid problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments. 
• Hands-on experience with generative LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering is highly desirable.
