The HR Project Specialist role focuses on improving employee self-service and knowledge management. As an intern, you'll analyze metrics, develop knowledge content, and collaborate with subject matter experts to streamline processes and enhance employee experience. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Analyze metrics to identify gaps and areas for improvement. 
• Collaborate with experts to create and modify knowledge content. 
• Assist in managing projects related to knowledge and self-service improvements. 
• Effectively communicate findings to the team and decision-makers. 

Qualifications: 

• Enrolled in a U.S.-based accredited college or university, targeting graduation between December 2024 - December 2026. 
• Strong analytical and communication skills. 
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Proficient in project management and technology tools.
