E-Commerce Coordinator 

We’re partnering with a fast-growing company seeking an E-Commerce Coordinator to support the Director of E-Commerce in optimizing and scaling D2C and Amazon channels. This role is perfect for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and creative — passionate about driving performance through data and content.  

Key Responsibilities 

E-Commerce Optimization 

  • Manage daily operations of Shopify Plus and Amazon storefronts.

  • Audit product pages for SEO, visuals, and conversion improvements.

  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on launches, pricing, and promotions.

  • Maintain brand consistency across AeroPress.com, Amazon, and retail partners.

Analytics & Reporting
 

  • Analyze sales, traffic, and performance data across all channels.

  • Forecast D2C sales using historical data.

  • Deliver insights to optimize SEO, retention, and paid media strategies.

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and Amazon Seller Reports.

Amazon Management
 

  • Create and update listings in Seller Central (domestic and international).

  • Work with agencies to enhance brand store and Amazon Ads performance.

  • Ensure accurate product data, monitor account health, and oversee FBA/FBM operations.

Marketing Support
 

  • Partner with the brand team to write compelling copy and product descriptions.

  • Update images and support cross-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborate on PPC, SEO, and affiliate initiatives.

Qualifications

Must-Have:
 
  • 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Shopify Plus.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in forecasting/reporting.

  • Good grasp of SEO, PPC, and e-commerce marketing.

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).

  • Excellent organization and communication abilities.

Nice-to-Have:
 

  • Experience in affiliate, email, or retention marketing.

  • Knowledge of Retail.com platforms (Target, Walmart, etc.).

  • Familiarity with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
