• Build relationships with agency decision-makers to position Vidpros as their go-to partner. 

Engage Influencers and Creators 

• Establish partnerships with YouTubers, TikTok creators, and digital content producers. 
• Demonstrate how our editing services can streamline production and increase audience engagement. 

Drive Revenue Growth 

• Manage a sales pipeline with a mix of inbound and outbound prospects. 
• Own revenue targets and consistently meet or exceed KPIs. 

What We’re Looking For 

Tech Sales Background 

• 3+ years of experience selling SaaS tools or tech solutions to creative or influencer agencies. 

Agency Experience 

• 3+ years working at a marketing, talent, or influencer agency managing creators and campaigns. 

Additional Qualifications 

• Strong network in the influencer, creator, or agency ecosystem. 
• Proven track record in sales and revenue generation. 
• Familiarity with video editing, influencer marketing, or creative production workflows. 
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment. 

KPI Targets 

• Generate $30,000–$50,000 in sales per month through agency and creator partnerships. 

Compensation & Benefits 

• Base Salary: $60,000–$90,000 annually (contractor, based on experience). 
• Commission: Uncapped, with on-target earnings (OTE) of $100,000–$150,000+.
