About the Role

We are hiring a Project Manager to lead complex projects in our cloud solutions space. You will be accountable for ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and meet our quality standards.

Responsibilities

Build and motivate a high-performing project team, providing clear direction and purpose.
Track and manage client-reported issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Assign tasks to relevant teams and lead daily meetings to monitor progress.
Communicate any delays to management proactively.
Coordinate efforts between internal teams and external vendors.
Oversee projects from initial requirements through deployment, managing schedules, scope, budgets, and risk mitigation.
Review and adjust project scope, schedules, and budgets as needed.
Maintain ongoing client communication, updating on project progress and any changes.
Collaborate with departments such as account management, support, engineering, and management.
Use project management tools and techniques to measure project performance.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans.
