UI/UX Designer at Spiralyze — remote job on CafeRemote
Spiralyze is a leading US-based Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) agency that uses data-driven design to dramatically boost conversion rates and revenue. We conduct in-depth user research to uncover the real causes behind lost sales and transform those insights into high-performing A/B test designs.

Our leadership team comes from McKinsey, Google, and eBay, bringing decades of expertise in digital strategy and conversion optimization.

⭐ Why Work at Spiralyze?

At Spiralyze, design is not just visual—it is analytical, measurable, and performance-driven. You’ll work with major global brands and see your designs directly impact conversions on real, high-traffic websites.

🎨 Role: CRO Designer

You will collaborate closely with our ideation team, transforming wireframes, research insights, and hypotheses into compelling visual designs for A/B testing.

We’re looking for someone who is both creative and strategic—someone who understands user behavior and can design for results.

✔️ You’re an Ideal Fit If You:

  • Have a stunning, modern, and versatile design style

  • Can adapt to various brand guidelines while maintaining creativity

  • Collaborate openly, accept feedback well, and communicate clearly

  • Stay updated with UI/UX trends and best practices

  • Advocate for good design and always aim for excellence

  • Expert-level Figma skills — design systems, components, handoff files

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive frameworks

  • Solid understanding of UX principles and wireframing

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Ability to overlap with US Eastern Time (EST) for at least 4 hours

🎁 Benefits

  • High-impact work: See your A/B test designs go live on major websites

  • Flexible schedule: Only 4–5 hours required in EST — manage the rest of your day freely

  • Career growth: Promotion paths, mentorship, and leadership opportunities

  • Tech reimbursement: Get the equipment and tools you need

  • Paid learning: Company-sponsored courses and training programs

  • 20 days of paid leave + holidays

  • Long-term remote role with stable income
