Remote Overnight General Radiologist - Columbus Radiology

Columbus Radiology Corporation (CRC), part of Radiology Partners, is hiring board-eligible or board-certified general radiologists and neuroradiologists for 100% remote overnight positions. The practice supports 7 health systems, 29 hospitals (including 3 Level 1 Trauma Centers) and 70 ambulatory care centers across Ohio. Fellows and residents are welcome to apply.

These are full-time roles with several schedule options, and each comes with a set starting compensation and commencement bonus. Roles are offered on either an Associate or Partnership Track.

Schedule and pay options

• Remote Overnight Associate: 1 week on / 2 weeks off, 10pm-7am EST. Total starting compensation $475K (inclusive of 401K profit sharing). Commencement bonus $100K.
• Remote Overnight Neuro Associate: 1 week on / 2 weeks off, 7pm-4am EST or 10pm-7am EST (your choice). Total starting compensation $500K (inclusive of 401K profit sharing). Commencement bonus $100K.
• Remote Overnight Partner: 1 week on / 2 weeks off plus 15 additional night shifts, 10pm-7am EST. Total starting compensation $518K. Commencement bonus $100K.
• Remote Overnight Neuro Partner: 1 week on / 2 weeks off plus 15 additional night shifts, 10pm-7am EST. Total starting compensation $518K. Commencement bonus $100K.
• Remote Overnight Partner (1 week on / 1 week off): 7pm-4am EST or 10pm-7am EST (your choice). Total starting compensation $693K (inclusive of 401K profit sharing). Commencement bonus $125K.
• Remote Overnight Neuro Partner (1 week on / 1 week off): 7pm-4am EST or 10pm-7am EST (your choice). Total starting compensation $693K (inclusive of 401K profit sharing). Commencement bonus $125K.

All associate and partnership eligible roles with CRC include full benefits and a home workstation. The practice notes substantial moonlighting and incentive pay opportunities, with some radiologists earning over $1 million in annual total compensation and partner compensation averaging $800K annually.

Compensation and benefits

The salary range for this position is $475,000-$1,000,000. Final determinations may vary based on factors including education, work experience, certifications and geographic location. The role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
