Radiology Partners · United States · posted 4 weeks ago
Applications closed on 28 October 2026
Columbus Radiology Corporation, part of Radiology Partners, is hiring board-eligible or board-certified neuroradiologists for 100% remote late-night positions. The work is entirely subspecialty neuroradiology reads, and the practice supports 7 health systems, 29 hospitals (including 3 Level 1 Trauma Centers) and 70 ambulatory care centers across Ohio. Fellows and residents are welcome to apply.
What you will do
Read 100% subspecialty neuroradiology cases on a fully remote schedule. You need to be comfortable with all modalities within the subspecialty. Schedules end at 1am–3am EST, and you choose which. An internal 24/7 Results Communication Center team, called CORE (Center of Radiology Excellence), handles care coordination and clinical contact so radiologists spend less time on administrative work. The Advisory Board Company and the American College of Radiology have both recognized CORE as an innovative customer service function.
Schedules and pay
Three late-night tracks are listed. Each is 1 week on, with the off time varying:
- Remote Late Night Neuro Associate: 1 week on / 2 weeks off. Total starting compensation $475K, inclusive of 401K profit sharing. Commencement bonus $50K.
- Remote Late Night Neuro Partner: 1 week on / 2 weeks off plus 21 half evening shifts. Total starting compensation $490K. Commencement bonus $50K.
- Remote Late Night Neuro Partner (1 week on / 1 week off): Total starting compensation $660K, inclusive of 401K profit sharing. Commencement bonus $125K.
All associate and partnership eligible roles include full benefits and a home workstation. The practice also notes substantial moonlighting and incentive pay opportunities, with some radiologists earning over $1 million in annual total compensation and partner compensation averaging $800K annually.
The posted salary range for the position is $475,000–$1,000,000. Final determinations may vary based on education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location, among other factors. The role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
