Customer Service Associate (For Pooling)

Newstel GmbH is building a pool of Customer Service Associates in the Philippines for future openings. This is not a job for an immediate start. If you are selected, the company will contact you when a suitable opportunity becomes available.

Work is remote and you use your own device. Roles may be part-time, full-time, project-based, or permanent, depending on what clients need.

What you will do

If you are matched with an opportunity, you may support one of Newstel's client accounts. The exact tasks depend on the account you are assigned to. They can include:

• Provide customer service through phone, chat, and email.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and efficiently.
• Support tasks such as account assistance, troubleshooting, or order processing.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and processes to give accurate information.
• Ensure customer concerns are resolved on time and accurately within agreed SLAs.
• Maintain and update customer records in the system.
• Follow company guidelines and SOPs to deliver consistent service quality.

What they are looking for

• Strong customer service mindset with empathy and active listening skills.
• At least High School (old curriculum), SHS, Associate/Vocational, or College graduate.
• Customer service experience in BPO, call center, or other customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in computer navigation and system tools.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle diverse customer situations and resolve concerns effectively.

Location and setup

The role is remote and open to candidates in the Philippines. You will use your own device.
