As a Lead DevOps Engineer at tvScientific, you’ll optimize and automate scalable infrastructure, manage CI/CD pipelines, and enhance platform performance. Leading a team, you’ll focus on reducing system downtime, improving software delivery, and driving system reliability. Your role involves collaborating with teams to tackle challenges, recommending efficiency tools, and ensuring continuous improvement to maximize uptime and minimize deployment times. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Spearheading platform consistency and system automation. 
• Leading efforts to streamline and simplify infrastructure processes. 
• Managing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for seamless testing and deployment. 
• Proactively identifying and addressing performance, security, and system issues. 
• Collaborating with teams to continuously improve DevOps efficiency. 
• Monitoring system metrics, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance. 

Success Metrics for the Role 

• Leading the team responsible for all infrastructure management. 
• Ensuring high performance and scalability of infrastructure as code. 
• Driving improvements in CI/CD pipelines and system uptime. 
• Implementing effective tools for enhanced DevOps practices. 

What We Expect from You 

• Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash). 
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform). 
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and deployment methodologies. 
• Expertise in system monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK). 
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. 
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Advanced degree preferred). 

Additional Preferred Skills 

• Leadership or mentoring experience. 
• Knowledge of security operations (SecOps) and financial operations (FinOps). 
• Experience in adtech or CTV is a plus.
