At DataForce by TransPerfect we're looking for freelance Recruiter with advanced English to join our team of Recruiters and work with us on one of our ongoing projects.
Work location:Remote in India
Engagement model: Independent Contractor/Freelance
Desired start date:16 November 2026
Estimated engagement duration: Approximately 6 weeks
Desired availability:Minimum 30 hours per week
Required language:English
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of recruitment experience and is comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly. Experience in bulk recruitment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen and qualify freelance candidates against project requirements.
- Identify suitable advertising channels to attract eligible candidates.
- Use online platforms, social media and professional networks to support recruitment.
- Create and post recruitment advertisements across relevant platforms.
- Keep candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers accurate and up to date.
- Track and report recruitment KPIs.
- Support the Sourcing team with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience; experience in bulk recruitment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other resource management software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, or equivalent tools.
- Confidence using social media platforms for recruitment and advertising.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- A strong customer service focus.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
