We're seeking a Senior Design Manager to take our product design to the next level. In this role, you will build and lead a high-performing design team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation to create world-class user experiences. Key Responsibilities 

• Team Leadership: 
• Mentor and guide the design team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. 
• Set clear goals and create a roadmap for individual and team growth. 
• Collaboration & Strategy: 
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of design work. 
• Align design initiatives with business goals and customer needs. 
• Process Improvement: 
• Implement efficient design management processes and tools to enhance productivity. 
• Establish strong review processes and feedback mechanisms to uphold design quality. 
• User Experience Innovation: 
• Identify opportunities for UX improvements and drive impactful changes. 
• Advocate for user-centered design and ensure consistent brand representation. 

 What We’re Looking For 

• Experience & Leadership: 
• 8+ years of experience in consumer-facing tech companies with at least 3 years in a leadership role. 
• Strong ability to build and nurture inclusive, high-performing teams. 
• Technical Expertise: 
• Mastery in product design, UI/UX, visual design, and interaction design. 
• Hands-on experience with design tools and frameworks. 
• Problem-Solving & Vision: 
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term goals and day-to-day execution. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote-first environment. 

Salary & Benefits 

• Competitive salary ranging from $200,000 - $235,000
