We’re looking for an AI Engineering Lead to drive our AI-powered product capabilities. This role offers a competitive compensation of $110k-$180k plus substantial startup equity.

Your Role
As our AI Engineering Lead, you’ll play a key role in building scalable, robust AI systems while collaborating closely with our team to bring new AI-driven features to life.

Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate on developing AI-powered solutions like proposal writing tools and advanced search systems.
Design, implement, and maintain scalable, production-grade retrieval and agentic systems.
Establish and maintain rigorous testing, CI/CD practices, and development workflows for AI systems.
Do You Have What It Takes?

Core Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Python with 4+ years of software engineering experience.
Expertise in designing and deploying production-grade software and machine learning systems.
Comprehensive knowledge of machine learning algorithms, model development, and lifecycle management tools (e.g., MLflow, DVC, Weights & Biases).
Professional experience deploying AI systems in cloud environments.
Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and scaling machine learning solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts.
