Simulint is hiring an Account Executive to drive new business for BlueSphere, our managed cybersecurity and IT services platform. You'll own the full new-logo sales motion: working pipeline sourced through our partnership channels, converting Pulse-originated leads, and generating your own outbound opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and close pipeline sourced from partner channels and Pulse-originated leads
- Conduct direct outbound prospecting into target verticals (financial services, F&B, credit unions, senior living/CCRC, capital and investment firms)
- Build and present proposals and statements of work across all four BlueSphere service lines (Shield, Fabric, LatticeAI, Pulse)
- Represent Simulint in partner-facing meetings and quarterly business reviews
- Track campaigns and source leads from external promotional activity, ensuring accurate attribution in HubSpot
- Maintain complete, current deal records in HubSpot, correct stage, amount, close date, priority, and revenue type are a condition of the role
- Log all prospect-relevant conversations as HubSpot notes, manually and through automation
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, cybersecurity, MSSP, or IT services experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated new-logo closing track record, comfortable running a full sales cycle independently
- Comfortable with a commission-weighted compensation structure
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate technical service offerings into client-relevant value
- Rigorous CRM (HubSpot experience preferred) discipline as a working habit
- Acumen for identifying sales process automation opportunities within the CRM
What success looks like in the first 90 days
- Full command of the current new-business pipeline in HubSpot
- Working cadence established with each partner channel contact
- 10 new-logo deals progressed to proposal stage
