We’re searching for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team, bringing expertise, creativity, and leadership to exciting client projects. If you’re ready to combine technical prowess with strategic thinking, this role is your next big step. 

Your Role and Impact 

As a Senior Developer, you will: 

  • Collaborate with clients to define project scope, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment at every step. 
  • Design and implement robust technical architectures that meet client needs. 
  • Manage project success by monitoring team velocity, scope, budgets, and deadlines. 
  • Support junior team members through code reviews and mentoring, fostering a collaborative environment. 
  • Contribute hands-on as a developer while taking the lead on project delivery and quality. 
Your day-to-day will balance deep, focused work with strategic conversations, creating high-quality outcomes for our clients and your team.

Must-Have Skills and Experience 

  • Strong backend development experience with Ruby on Rails, Elixir Phoenix, or Node.js Frameworks. 
  • Expertise in JavaScript frameworks like React + Next.js, Vue, or Svelte, with a love for TypeScript. 
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, or SQLite. 
  • Solid understanding of web protocols such as HTTP, status codes, and security standards. 
  • Extensive experience in API Design, including REST, GraphQL, JWTs, and OAuth 2.0 authentication strategies. 
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and best practices like IAM and credential management. 
  • Hands-on production experience with PaaS providers such as Heroku, Render, Cloud66, Vercel, or Gigalixir.
