No Sweat Services is seeking a precise, customer-focused Guest Operations & Booking Coordinator to join our remote client operations team. In this entry-level role, you will manage day-to-day reservation logistics, handle client account inquiries, and coordinate directly with global travel vendors.
You will act as an operational anchor—processing guest requests, verifying reservation details across resort and transport networks, and maintaining clean digital records. Responsibilities
- Reservation Processing: Receive and input guest travel details into internal CRM systems, verifying dates, room categories, and transportation logistics.
- Vendor & Partner Liaison: Conduct phone and email outreach to hotel properties, cruise lines, and excursion suppliers to confirm bookings and manage special guest requests.
- Itinerary Building: Create, review, and issue clear digital travel schedules and summary documents for client accounts.
- Responsive Client Care: Address client questions promptly via email and telephone regarding booking confirmations, schedule updates, or travel modifications.
- Account Records Management: Maintain accurate client logs, archive vendor confirmation receipts, and conduct routine file audits to ensure quality standards.
Requirements
Required
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Basic Computer Proficiency: Comfort navigating cloud software, managing multiple browser windows, conducting data entry, and using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Communication & Professionalism: Professional phone presence and strong written grammar for daily vendor and client communications.
- Remote Setup: High-speed, reliable home internet and a quiet, dedicated home workstation.
Nice to have
- 1+ years of background in customer support, administrative assistance, retail, or hospitality operations.
