Your Role
Take the lead in developing Version 3.0 of our platform. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure our platform is secure, scalable, and reliable. You’ll manage a distributed team, oversee security implementations, and optimize workflows while adhering to healthcare compliance standards. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Technical Leadership: Guide backend (TypeScript, Node.js) and frontend (React, Next.js, React Native) development.
2. Security Oversight: Implement and maintain best practices for HIPAA and NIST compliance.
3. Team Management: Lead a distributed engineering team, ensuring productivity and alignment with goals.
4. Development: Enhance system architecture, write high-quality code, and refine workflows.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and clinical teams to deliver impactful solutions.

What You Bring
 

1. 4-9 years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in leadership roles.
2. Expertise in tools like Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Docker.
3. Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and security standards.
4. Proven ability to manage remote teams across multiple time zones.
5. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, MonoRepo setups, and tools like Twilio and PubNub.
