Hotel Director of Revenue Strategy

• Oversee Reservations, Distribution, and Revenue Management strategies
• Identify and implement new revenue opportunities to drive profitability
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Optimize and expand distribution partnerships to increase market reach
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to enhance service standards and operational efficiency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Travel approximately 30% as part of your role
• Handle additional revenue-related tasks as needed to support business goals

What You Bring to the Table: 5+ years of experience in revenue management with a luxury independent hotel, specifically as a Director of Revenue Multiple property/outlet experience Successfully lead revenue management in a resort setting. Manage and optimizeFIT distribution channels with confidence and strategic oversight Proven experience managing revenue operations in southern East Coast Strong background in revenue management systems (RMS) and online hotel reservation platforms. Ability to use and adapt to a variety of revenue systems (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto, Rainmaker+) Use existing tools and reports to make data-driven decisions; create custom reports when necessary Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and optimize profit margins Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
