You'll own how our clinics show up in both places: classic local and organic search, and the answers assistants give when someone asks where to get a treatment done.
Patients no longer only search — they ask.
This is a build role as much as an audit role. We would rather ship pages that earn the answer than file a report about why we don't have it.
Responsibilities
- Own keyword and question research for clinic sites, grounded in real search demand
- Plan and brief content that answers the question a patient actually asked
- Run technical SEO: crawlability, schema, internal linking, Core Web Vitals
- Own Google Business Profile and local visibility across multi-location clinics
- Track and improve visibility in AI assistants and AI overviews, and be honest about what moved and what is noise
- Report on rankings, traffic, and — where we can attribute it — booked consultations
Requirements
- 3+ years in SEO with hands-on technical work, not just strategy decks
- Strong grasp of structured data and how search engines read a page
- Local SEO experience across multiple locations
- Comfortable in analytics and Search Console, and sceptical of vanity metrics
- Able to write or tightly brief content that reads like a person wrote it
Nice to have
- Healthcare or regulated-industry SEO, including YMYL content standards
- Experience measuring visibility inside AI assistants
- Working knowledge of how a page becomes citable rather than just rankable
