A·Team is the world’s first platform built to form elite, flexible teams—empowering founders and product leaders to assemble top product, engineering, and design talent to build innovative products that drive growth.

Backed by $60M from leading investors like Insight Partners, Tiger Global, and Spruce House—along with visionary thinkers such as Adam Grant, Dan Ariely, and Joseph Fuller—A·Team is redefining the future of work. Cultural icons like Jay-Z’s RocNation and executives from SpaceX, Upwork, and Fiverr also support this mission. Over 500 companies—from fast-growing startups like Sightful and Apprentice to enterprise leaders like Lyft and HCA—have leveraged A·Team to gain a competitive edge.

Why Join A·Team:
Imagine working only on projects you care about, collaborating with the best in the world, and keeping every dollar you earn. Since 2020, A·Team’s network of top independent builders has earned over $108 million by delivering high-impact software for companies backed by a16z, YC, Tiger Global, Softbank, and others.

  • High-impact work, great pay: Earn $90–$170/hr while working with trailblazing startups and major enterprises.

  • Elite collaboration: Build alongside top-tier peers in small, focused teams.

  • True autonomy: Choose projects that inspire you, take breaks when needed, and work on your terms.

  • Exclusive access: Join private events and connect with top builders shaping the future of tech.

  • Transparency: Keep 100% of your rate—no middlemen.

Who Should Join:

  • Senior developers who’ve left traditional corporate jobs seeking autonomy and purpose.

  • Independent builders who want consistent, high-level project work instead of full-time employment.

  • Professionals eager to build meaningful, complex products with world-class collaborators.

Who It’s Not For:

  • Those looking for short-term gigs or basic website projects.

  • Early-career professionals or recent graduates.
Our Vision:
A·Team is built for exceptional builders—the ones traditional companies can’t hire full-time. We empower you to do meaningful, high-impact work with people who share your passion, forming small, independent teams that build the future together.
