We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks that enhance test coverage, streamline testing processes, and improve application reliability. This role is crucial in maintaining high software quality standards before deployment. Additionally, you will collaborate with one of our top partners, making this an excellent opportunity for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop & Optimize Test Automation Frameworks

  • Design, build, and enhance automated test coverage from scratch on an existing Next.js/React codebase.

  • Implement test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, and JUnit.

  • Set up and maintain test automation frameworks to streamline the software testing process.

Collaboration & Quality Assurance

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software releases.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Cypress (or equivalent) test suites for efficient automation.

  • Identify, document, and troubleshoot bugs, inconsistencies, and issues in collaboration with developers.

Agile & Continuous Improvement

  • Work within Agile methodologies to align testing with software development cycles.

  • Maintain a proactive testing approach that emphasizes continuous improvement.

  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage across all applications before deployment.

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or in a similar role.

  • Expertise in test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, and JUnit.

  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

  • Ability to set up, manage, and optimize test automation frameworks.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to testing.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
