The Kraft Heinz Company is hiring a National Account Manager for its entertainment business. This is a first-level sales management role for someone who wants full ownership of a book of business and has a track record of winning new accounts. You will work from a home office anywhere in the United States and report to the Associate Director of Chain Restaurant Sales, with dotted-line reporting to AD Equipment.

The company describes this as not a traditional sales role. It is built around selling solutions to entertainment decision makers and driving Kraft Heinz AFH product sales and visibility through marketing and culinary initiatives.

What you will do

  • Act as the liaison between Kraft Heinz and entertainment partners, building relationships with key decision makers across procurement, culinary and entertainment teams.
  • Develop and track performance and sales metrics, and report progress, including wins, gaps and non-performance, in critical sales meetings.
  • Work cross-functionally to influence and execute channel-specific programs, including new SKUs, new menu items, limited-time offers and equipment activation.
  • Ensure continued execution and implementation of expansion initiatives for product and equipment over the course of the term.
  • Provide onsite operational training on Kraft Heinz products and equipment.
  • Own S&OP communication and collaboration with the hypercare team on forecasting, PO management, supply updates, fill rates, on-time delivery and waste mitigation.
  • Lead strategic planning with food and beverage partners to secure new business, equipment, and innovation or renovation launches, including co-creation.

What they are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 to 7 years of proven sales experience centered on profitable volume growth, with breadth and depth of customer relationships and influence.
  • Experience in the restaurant, culinary or distributor industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence independently across internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
  • Financial competence to impact P&L management, plus effective business planning and data-driven strategy for keeping current business and securing new business.
  • Experience with customer marketing partnership or similar work with a marketing cross-functional team.
  • Organizational skills to prioritize and execute multiple projects and deliver on time.

Pay and bonus

The new hire base salary range is USD 104,200 to 130,200 per year. The position is eligible for a performance-based bonus under the plan terms and governing documents. The compensation offered takes into account internal equity and may vary based on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
