What You'll Do as a Project Manager
As a client-facing role, you’ll handle three key responsibilities:

1. Coordination
Lead and organize teams of 5–10 people, including researchers, strategists, designers, copywriters, developers, QA specialists, analysts, and clients. Keep projects on track and running smoothly.

2. Strategy & Planning
Develop roadmaps for 10–20 A/B tests at a time, presenting a clear vision to clients and ensuring consistent progress through weekly meetings.

3. Drive and Energy
Be the central point of contact for clients and internal teams, injecting enthusiasm and ensuring everyone is aligned and motivated.

What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional Organization: You make complex projects run seamlessly.
- Project Management Experience: Preferably in software or agency settings.
- Outstanding Communication: You thrive on proactive communication and keeping stakeholders updated.
- Tech-Savvy Curiosity: A keen interest in technology and systems.
- Availability: Full-time work Monday to Friday, overlapping with 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST.
A/B testing experience is not required—we’ll train you!
