We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and ensuring projects meet quality, security, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of developers, engineers, and stakeholders
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure all project deliverables meet required standards for quality, security, and compliance
Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project status, progress, and any changes

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience in IT project management
Strong expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies
Proficient in using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, MS Project, and Jira
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Experience managing project budgets, cost controls, and resource allocations
Solid understanding of IT service management frameworks, particularly ITIL
