Mental Health Therapist - Women's Health - Oklahoma licensed & resident

This is a contract, fully remote therapist role for someone independently licensed and located in Oklahoma. You would lead individual therapy sessions over telehealth, with a flexible schedule and no minimum number of hours.

What you will do

• Lead individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting
• Take part in supervision or consultation to build clinical skills and get support when needed
• Work remotely in a flexible, supportive environment

What they are looking for

• You must be located and fully licensed in Oklahoma
• They can only accept independently licensed mental health therapists with an active license as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, mental health counselor, or psychologist
• At least 1 year of experience in women's mental health, with a focus on maternal mental health and/or perimenopause
• Experience working in a telehealth setting and comfort with technology
• Experience with electronic medical records and a willingness to learn new systems
• Clinical expertise using evidence-based models of care
• Experience, skill, and interest in facilitating online individual therapy for women's mental health, including perinatal, early parenting, perimenopause, and menopause
• An empathetic, intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to work well in a dynamic environment
• Comfort with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite
• Interest in joining an early stage team building maternal mental healthcare
• A desire to improve mental health outcomes and expand access to care for an underserved population

Preference goes to candidates who hold multi-state licenses that include at least two of the following: Arizona, District of Columbia, California, Maryland, North Carolina, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, and/or Virginia. Bilingual is a plus.
