Territory Manager - Minneapolis / St. Paul

Sentec is hiring a Territory Manager for its respiratory care products in the Greater Minneapolis or St. Paul area. The role covers an assigned territory and involves selling both capital and disposable products to hospitals. It is a remote position, but you must live in the Greater Minneapolis or St. Paul, MN area, and overnight travel is estimated at 50% to 65%.

What you will do

• Sell capital and disposable products.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline through qualified leads, referrals, and other outreach methods, and develop strong customer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including sales proposals, RFPs, and presentations, while keeping accurate CRM records.
• Provide in-service education, training, and technical support.
• Give timely feedback on market conditions.
• Work within budget guidelines and support industry trade shows.

What they are looking for

• A degree in Science, Respiratory Therapy, Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience selling medical devices directly to hospitals.
• Experience achieving sales success through the "concept selling" process is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and contract management skills.
• Ability to develop accurate forecasts and execute tactical sales plans.
• Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and must obtain any and all required vaccinations.

Pay and benefits

The total compensation range for this position is $180,000 to $200,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
