SBC Performance · Czechia, Poland, Ukraine · posted 4 weeks ago
Applications closed on 28 October 2026
SBC Performance runs paid media, performance creative, and analytics for brands expanding into global markets. The company works across eCommerce, health and wellness, education, and entertainment, and says it has worked with 200+ companies managing $150M+ in ad spend. This Product Manager role owns a subscription consumer product end to end, from discovery through launch and measurement.
What you will do
- Define product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
- Run product discovery: user research, funnel analysis, competitor benchmarking.
- Identify growth and monetization opportunities and validate them through hypotheses and MVPs.
- Build and maintain quarterly and monthly product roadmaps.
- Prioritize initiatives by business impact, user value, effort, and risk, balancing growth, retention, monetization, and technical work.
- Translate initiatives into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Own delivery end to end: discovery, build, launch, measure. Ensure releases ship on time and at quality.
- Own the full product funnel: activation, engagement, course completion, checkout to paid.
- Optimize pricing, paywalls, trial mechanics, and AI upsells.
- Drive MRR and LTV growth.
- Monitor core product metrics, run post-launch analysis, deliver weekly product reports, and adjust the roadmap based on data.
What they are looking for
- 3+ years in product management for subscription-based consumer products (mobile app and/or web), ideally in wellness, EdTech, or another high-frequency B2C category.
- Full ownership of at least one product or major surface end to end. You set the strategy, made the calls, shipped, and owned the results.
- Hands-on customer development: running user interviews, problem discovery, and continuous discovery habits. Talking to users directly and often.
- A working feedback loop you built and owned, connecting what users say (interviews, reviews, support tickets, community sentiment), what they do (product analytics), and what ships next.
- A track record owning web2app or web2web funnels from acquisition landing and quiz flows through paywall, checkout, and onboarding.
- Strong command of subscription analytics: cohort retention (M1/M2+), LTV, ARPU, rebill and churn, with the instinct to dig into why a number moved and act without being asked.
- Hands-on experience running A/B experiments: hypothesis design, prioritization, reading results honestly, and deciding to ship, kill, or iterate.
- Fluency with a modern product analytics stack (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and revenue data (Stripe), including writing and owning event specifications.
- Experience owning paywall, pricing, and monetization: plan structure, promo strategy, regional pricing, with accountability for revenue impact.
- Confidence leading cross-functional delivery across engineering, design, QA, analytics, and content. Writing crisp tickets and PRDs/TRDs, unblocking your own dependencies, owning the delivery timeline.
- English at a B2 level for external documentation and deliverables.
Nice to have
- Experience in relationship wellness, mental health, self-help, or microlearning products.
- Familiarity with server-side attribution (Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions) and post-ATT measurement.
- Exposure to App Store and Play Store review cycles and subscription compliance.
- Experience with LLM/AI-powered product features (AI companions, generated content, upsell instrumentation) and their monetization.
- A track record taking a product through PMF discovery: segmentation, pain clustering, positioning against competitors.
- Comfort with performance-marketing collaboration (JTBD-driven creative angles, funnel-to-ad feedback loops).
What they offer
- Remote work.
- Competitive compensation.
- Flexible working hours, with a start between 9:00 and 11:00 CET.
- All necessary equipment.
- Paid vacation and sick leave.
- Educational support: reimbursement for certifications, courses, and training.
- Company events and internal knowledge-sharing activities.
- Transparent communication and an open feedback culture.
Location
The role is listed for Czechia, Poland, and Ukraine.
