We are currently looking for a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist customers by providing prompt and professional support while helping ensure a positive experience with our clients’ products and services. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat

  • Provide friendly, professional, and timely support to customers

  • Troubleshoot product or service issues and offer effective solutions

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates

  • Stay informed about client products, services, and policies

  • Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements
 

  • Must be located within the United States (fully remote role)

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

  • Reliable computer and stable internet connection

  • Positive and professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently in a quiet home office environment

  • Previous customer support experience is helpful but not required
