VP, Data Strategy & Alliances, Radiology at Radiology Partners — remote job on CafeRemote
Full-time the United States Data $50K+ $100K+ $150K+

Mosaic Clinical Technologies is hiring a VP of Data Strategy and Alliances for radiology. This is a remote, full-time role, with Nashville, TN preferred. You will own the company's radiology data strategy and build the partnerships that give Mosaic access to imaging data.

What you will do

  • Develop and own the company's radiology data strategy, defining the vision for how Mosaic builds, accesses, and uses imaging data assets.
  • Identify, structure, and negotiate strategic data alliances with radiology practices, imaging centers, PACS vendors, health systems, academic medical centers, IDNs, and other partners. You own these relationships from business development through execution.
  • Drive data access across Mosaic's partner network, developing scalable frameworks for securing data use rights and keeping them aligned with commercial and contractual processes.
  • Evaluate and pursue opportunities with third-party data providers, research networks, and data intermediaries that can expand or diversify Mosaic's data footprint.
  • Partner with Legal to structure data use agreements, BAAs, and alliance contracts that protect Mosaic's interests while making it easy for partners to say yes.
  • Work with AI/ML and Product teams to translate data strategy into concrete requirements, so the alliances you build fuel model development and competitive differentiation.
  • Serve as an internal and external authority on Mosaic's radiology data assets, communicating their strategic value to senior leadership, partners, and the board.
  • Travel up to 50%, with frequent engagement with external partners, health systems, and vendors across the US and internationally.

What they are looking for

  • Understanding of the radiology and imaging data landscape: PACS/RIS ecosystems, DICOM standards, and the dynamics of imaging data at scale.
  • Demonstrated business development or related experience structuring and negotiating complex data agreements, including data use agreements, BAAs, and multi-party alliance contracts.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML model development, real-world evidence strategies, and the role of data in building sustainable AI competitive advantage.
  • Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders at health systems, academic centers, or large provider organizations.
  • A strategic thinker who can move from vision to execution, comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving results without a fully defined playbook.

Pay and benefits

The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $280,000 per year. Final determinations may vary based on education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
